CHAPLAINCY

We have three Padres. Padre David Taylor and Padre Liz Jump are priests in the Church of England, and Padre David Gamble is a Catholic Priest.

We are all “Chaplains to the Forces” and belong to the Royal Army Chaplain’s Department, but we also all have responsibilities for churches. You will certainly get to see one or more of us at Annual Camp, but one of the Davids usually pops in to weekends at Altcar – in any case your detachment or company commander will know how to get hold of us. We can, and do, help deal with big problems, but are perfectly happy to listen or to talk through anything, whether big or little.
